Participation points for asking "pourquoi?" and other easy questions; and for reading one of the posted questions aloud (with good pronunciation).
Seminar grade: 1 point for a response in which vocab is repeated from question
2 points for a response with elaboration, but some minor errors
3 points for a response with elaboration and no errors
3 points for predicting what someone else will probably say (participation points for the person indicated, if he/ she responds oui/ non, c'est vrai, or something similar)
4 points for really good, original question that fits the moment (i.e. please don't spend
all your time preparing extra questions; I won't want to hear them unless they are uncannily timely, or we have run out of other questions)
Total: Percentage of highest point total earned, or 10 points, whichever is higher. Total multiplied by 3.
